Fred CusickWBZ News Radio and the Cape League have announced a partnership to professionally produce eight video webcasts of games for the 2007 season streamed free through WBZ1030.com and CapeCodBaseball.org. Legendary Bruins voice Fred Cusick will provide play-by-play and John Garner, Jr. (director of PR & broadcasting for the CCBL) will provide color commentary. The videos will also air with "tape delay" on local cable TV stations via C3TV. In addition, the Wareham Gatemen announced that they will broadcast video webcasts for all of their 2007 home games, including pre-season and playoff games. Cape.com will continue for their sixth straight season to produce audio broadcasts of each game, available streaming on the Internet or via phone. The Cape and Islands NPR stations, WCAI 90.1fm, WNAN 91.1fm and WZAI 94.3fm, will also broadcast the 45th CCBL All-Star Game.

The Falmouth Commodores have been actively exploring providing video webcasts on their site. Last year, the Chatham A's provided a pay service for video webcasts on their website.
